This introductory training will not only cover the basics on how to use the Software, but also put that use into the context of how the Software will help you in your delivery of quality care to your patients.
And will prepare you for your advanced face-to-face training to be scheduled once you have completed this course.
In the course you will learn how to:
Log in to and configure how you use the Software
How to manage your schedule and calendar
How the Software helps you document critical information through "Work flows"
How to see all the information you need to manage your patients and day, through the "My Day" function
How to find and update information about your patients. and
How to track your time for billing purposes automatically thorough completing your patient care activities.
Throughout the course you will have the opportunity to:
Watch demonstrations of the Software's functionality
Practice what you have seen, through interactive simulations
Practice what you have learned in a live environment
You will also have the opportunity to take personal notes tied to the course and available from within the course environment. You will have help documents you can download, you will have the opportunity to interact with others taking the course, and you will be able to connect to the instructor, and provide feedback on the course and its content.
